Welcome to The Salford Eye Service
Since 2013, the Salford Community Consultant Led Ophthalmology Service has been delivered by Operose Health (formally known as The Practice Group) who are one of the largest independent sector providers of community ophthalmology services to the NHS, holding a number of contracts throughout England.

- About Us - contains information about the service and its provider;
- Patient Information - contains useful ophthalmology patient information including online condition videos and helpful information so that you are able to manage your eye condition and how our service works and also how to refer into the service as a self-referring patient;

- Contact Us - provides specific service contact information for patients and referrers.
